Eligibility
Currently, reimbursable online consultations (webVisits®) through RelayHealth are available to Aetna participating primary care physicians (PCPs) in California and Florida. This includes family practice, general medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics and ob/gyn services. Participating physicians can also use RelayHealth's entire suite of communications services.

If you are not eligible for reimbursable online consultations, you can still register to use all of the other communications services from RelayHealth. Contact RelayHealth at 1-866-735-2963.

Once you register, you can get started quickly. RelayHealth is an Application Service Provider, meaning it hosts the software applications on its own servers. Because of this, deployment is quick. RelayHealth's staff provides setup and training support to ensure that staff is comfortable and patients are enrolling.
