Nationally contracted laboratory providers offer a website in order to list their service locations and overall geographic access capabilities for specialty laboratory testing services. Local Laboratory Providers have limited locations and/or services that are contained within a specific geographical location. These providers are available to service your Laboratory needs and may supply similar services as the National Laboratory Providers. They can be located using the zip code search feature in DOCFIND.
