This CPB has been revised to state the following are considered experimental and investigational for the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia: (i) extracorporeal shockwave therapy; (ii) pulsed radiofrequency of the dorsal root ganglion; (iii) transcranial magnetic stimulation; and (iv) trigeminal nerve block.
