Diversity in action

We value and respect the strengths and differences among our employees, customers, and communities. We know that the needs of the people we serve are more diverse today than ever before. Our 15 employee resource groups play an important role in supporting such diversity. The efforts and ideas of these groups help us better meet the needs of a diverse marketplace.

Employee resource groups are open to all employees. They bring together people with shared interests, passions, backgrounds, experiences or the desire to learn more about others.

Employees can:

  • Demonstrate leadership and talent
  • Support business objectives by guiding the development of new products, services and advertising
  • Share their experiences and expertise
  • Partner with and give back to their communities
