At Aetna, we live by a core set of values, putting our customers at the center of everything we do.  The Aetna Customer Center – through its robust program and innovative design – embodies those same beliefs.  Our Executive Briefing Center (EBC), located within our corporate headquarters in Hartford, CT, is a venue for briefings with customers, brokers, consultants and other business colleagues as well as Aetna-sponsored community events.

Understanding your goals is important to us so we can stay focused on your needs.  The EBC is the ideal setting, for leaders like you, to exchange ideas and work toward solutions that fit.

Every detail of our EBC, a first in the health care industry, supports a memorable and unique business experience.  Our EBC has received LEED® Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for environmental stewardship.  In addition, our world class program has received several awards from the Association of Briefing Program Managers.
