Registration is simple, quick and free.
We conduct business electronically with ALL suppliers, therefore registration is only accessible online. For access to the registration form, you will need Internet Explorer 5.5 or Netscape 6.0 or higher.
Registering with our database does not guarantee our business with your company.
After you have completed registration, we will review your information and keep it on file for future sourcing opportunities. To avoid processing congestion, please wait for us to initiate further contact.
After your registration has been processed and confirmed, we will store it in our supplier database. You will receive an email containing a URL (link) to your company’s Sourcing Workbench (webpage), accompanied by a user ID and temporary password. This will allow you to access your company’s profile should you become a supplier to Aetna. We use the Ariba Supplier Network (ASN) to communicate purchase orders to the suppliers with whom we choose to do business. Suppliers that have a new relationship with Aetna will receive an invitation to register with ASN. Please visit the Ariba Supplier Membership Program to review the membership features, benefits of ASN and any associated fees.
