Aetna Customer Center
- Meet with senior leaders, sales associates or community leaders in our world-class Executive Briefing Center, the Aetna Customer Center. We’re here to talk with you about tools and resources that are available to support you in your everyday life. Explore Aetna in a comfortable, professional environment.
- In 2012, nearly 1,600 guests have walked through the Customer Center's doors, hosting over 225 meetings. Here’s what a recent guest, The Village for Families & Children, Inc. had to say, “We were able to address some critical matters as a group, in a remarkable space, with all of the amenities that helped to form the perfect mix of business and socialization."

Tradeshows & Events
Stop by an Aetna booth at one of our 60 local or national tradeshows to chat with us. Come visit us at one of our local events such as the New Haven Open, Atlanta Football Classic or the Marine’s Marathon. Ask questions about one of our new tools, such as iTriage® or Aetna EveractiveSM and get personalized information.
You might have seen us recently at:
- the New Haven Open at Yale for the Women's Tennis Tournament. Employees were on hand to demonstrate Mindbloom, Aetna EveractiveSM and iTriage®.
- the 9th Annual World Health Care Congress (WHCC). The conference gathered over 1,600 global health care, pharmaceutical and employer leaders, as well as government officials. Hot topics included trends and issues in the health care industry.
And, we are planning for the annual South by Southwest® (SXSW®) Conferences & Festivals coming up in March 2013.
