Bertolini is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Aetna, a Fortune 100 diversified health care benefits company with more than $33.61 billion in 2011 revenue, a workforce of approximately 34,000 and operations in North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

William J. Casazza William J. Casazza is Senior Vice President and General Counsel, reporting to the Company's Chairman, CEO and President, Mark T. Bertolini.

Jeff D. Emerson Jeff D. Emerson is Senior Vice President and head of Aetna Health Care Management (HCM) and the Regions. He is responsible for managing medical costs, promoting quality, and improving access to affordable, effective health care.

Katherine Fry Katherine Fry is the chief of staff to the Chairman, CEO and President, Mark T. Bertolini, and is head of Mergers and Acquisitions Integration. Ms. Fry supports Mr. Bertolini in coordinating enterprise activities that will help Aetna achieve its strategic business priorities, and she leads the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Chairman, CEO and President.

Kristi A. Matus Kristi A. Matus is Executive Vice President of Aetna Government Services, a new business segment composed of Aetna's Medicare, Medicaid, Public & Labor, and Federal Employee Health Program businesses.

Meg McCarthy Meg McCarthy is Executive Vice President, Operations & Technology. She is responsible for clinical innovation, technology and service operations for Aetna.

Frank G. McCauley Frank McCauley is Executive Vice President of Commercial Business. He oversees the company’s commercial insurance businesses, including National Accounts, Middle Markets, Small Group and Individual, Student Health, Voluntary Plans and Consumer Services, and Prodigy.

Robert M. Mead Robert Mead is Senior Vice President of Marketing, Product and Communications (MP&C).  He leads a team responsible for driving the Aetna brand and effectively integrating communications, products and services for the company.

Sandip Patel Sandip Patel is President of International Businesses. In this role, he has oversight and responsibility for Aetna’s growing international business.

Lonny Reisman, M.D. Lonny Reisman, M.D., is Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s clinical strategy, which seeks to improve the health of Aetna’s members.

Elease E. Wright Elease E. Wright is Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR) for Aetna Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the development of all HR strategies, and the delivery of HR services and programs.

Joseph M. Zubretsky Joseph M. Zubretsky, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Enterprise Risk Officer, joined Aetna, Inc. in February 2007. In this position, he leads all of the corporation's financial activities.
