Bertolini is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Aetna, a Fortune 100 diversified health care benefits company with more than $35.54 billion in 2012 revenue, a workforce of approximately 35,000 and operations in North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Laurie Brubaker Laurie Brubaker is Senior Vice President and head of Aetna's Culture and Leadership Change responsible for overseeing the cultural changes Aetna is making to increase our leadership agility, customer-focus, innovation and competitive strength, including the adoption of the new Leadership Competencies and Operating Model.

William J. Casazza William J. Casazza is Senior Vice President and General Counsel, reporting to the Company's Chairman, CEO and President, Mark T. Bertolini.

Jeff D. Emerson Jeff D. Emerson is Senior Vice President and head of Aetna Health Care Management (HCM) and the Regions. He is responsible for managing medical costs, promoting quality, and improving access to affordable, effective health care.

Deanna Fidler Deanna Fidler is Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR) for Aetna. In this role, she is a member of Aetna's highest level management team and reports to Chairman, CEO and President Mark Bertolini. Ms. Fidler is responsible for the development of HR strategies and the delivery of HR services and programs for Aetna.

Shawn M. Guertin Shawn M. Guertin, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Enterprise Risk Officer, is responsible for leading all of the corporation's financial activities.

Steven B. Kelmar Steven Kelmar is Senior Vice President and head of Aetna's government, regulatory and policy teams and also serves as Chief of Staff to Aetna's Chairman. In his role, Mr. Kelmar is responsible for managing the Chairman's office, as well as leading critical external initiatives related to health care reform, the U.S. economy and legislative affairs.

Kristi A. Matus Kristi A. Matus is Executive Vice President of Aetna Government Services, a new business segment composed of Aetna's Medicare, Medicaid, Public & Labor, and Federal Employee Health Program businesses.

Meg McCarthy Meg McCarthy is Executive Vice President, Operations & Technology. She is responsible for clinical innovation, technology and service operations for Aetna.

Frank G. McCauley Frank McCauley is Executive Vice President of Commercial Business. He oversees the company’s commercial insurance businesses, including National Accounts, Middle Markets, Small Group and Individual, Student Health, Voluntary Plans and Consumer Services, and Prodigy.

Robert M. Mead Robert Mead is Senior Vice President of Marketing, Product and Communications (MP&C).  He leads a team responsible for driving the Aetna brand and effectively integrating communications, products and services for the company.

Sandip Patel Sandip Patel is Senior Vice President, International Businesses. In this role, he has oversight and responsibility for Aetna’s growing international business.

Lonny Reisman, M.D. Lonny Reisman, M.D., is Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s clinical strategy, which seeks to improve the health of Aetna’s members.

Karen S. Rohan Karen S. Rohan is Executive Vice President of Aetna’s Local and Regional Businesses. Ms. Rohan’s responsibilities include leadership of the company’s Individual, Small Group and Middle Market businesses; the field organization, including regional alignment to customers; local network strategy, regional sales and distribution infrastructure; and Group (disability, life, dental) businesses.

Joseph M. Zubretsky Joseph M. Zubretsky is Senior Executive Vice President, National Businesses.  In this role he is responsible for Aetna’s strategy and leads a portfolio of health and productivity solutions for multi-national corporations and their employees as well as leading provider organizations.
