In my role, I get involved with a wide variety of projects. These could be anything from providing cost information that helps our sales teams develop new proposals to calculating a customer’s return on investment in an employee wellness program.

It’s interesting to see how Aetna’s values of integrity and quality are such an essential part of my work. Teamwork is also critical in our projects – there’s a strong group dynamic that encourages us to come up with new approaches and methodologies. I’m also very fortunate to have our president, Mark Bertolini, as a career mentor.
