Employee Profile

Before coming to Aetna, I worked as a nurse at both inpatient and outpatient facilities with a focus on Oncology. I was hired through a career fair – and today I’m still in touch with the person who hired me. My typical workday is filled with meetings. I have a staff of about 90 employees, and we’re always working on process improvement. Since my responsibility is managing people, I think a lot about Aetna’s values on excellence and accountability. I’m always excited about the great input I get from my staff – they love to help make things better.
