Employee Profile

I help to develop technical strategy at Aetna, working closely with both business and IT teams. Some of my current projects include our new mobile platform for members and ways to leverage social media to increase our marketing effectiveness. Aetna is my first professional employer, and I came here through a college hire program.

I’m impressed with how important Aetna’s values are to my co-workers, and to the company as a whole. I also appreciate the many ways that Aetna encourages me to grow from a personal perspective. It’s good to know that the company takes a very serious interest in employees’ career development.
