Aetna's Finance department works directly with various business units and corporate
groups to help the company meet its financial responsibilities. These responsibilities
include supporting sustained profitable growth, managing costs, forecasting accuracy
and capital management, as well as maintaining a strong financial control environment.

What’s preferred  

You'll find a variety of opportunities, each with specific qualifications. In general, the department looks for:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, math or other related field
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Computer skills, especially proficiency with Microsoft Office products
