In their own words
We think our program is one of the best you’ll find anywhere. But don’t just take our word for it. Here’s feedback from a recent graduate summer associate who has joined Aetna as a full-time employee:
Graeme P., Enterprise Strategic Planning Darden School of Business, University of Virginia
“My internship in Aetna's Enterprise Strategic Planning group surpassed my expectation in terms of the quality of work and the exposure to senior leaders. Among the highlights of my experience: on my first day, I was asked to complete a revenue model that was used to validate a consultant's recommendations; my third day I was sitting in a meeting with the CEO of a company being evaluated for a partnership; and during the first three weeks I was knee-deep in helping to prepare Aetna's strategic plan for the Board of Directors. Plus, during my second month, I attended a dinner with the CEO and his Executive Committee.”
