I’m Mattie Spigner, and I work in Customer Service for Aetna Dental. After 24 years at Aetna, I’ve learned how to put myself in our customers’ shoes. I train the customer service representatives on my team to do the same. We work hard to anticipate the needs of our customers, members and health care professionals by providing Aetna’s more than 13,000 claims and call representatives with the tools, technology and knowledge to provide quality service.
