What Aetna did was – they gave me the ability to take action in making the improvement needed in order to better service our client. I think customers like me because they know that when they contact me, I have their concerns in mind, and that I will get the job done. I will get done whatever needs to get done to make my customers satisfied. I try to the right thing for the right reason, every day.
