Cie Tinsley: Doing the right thing for providers
Making things better for the customer builds trust within the company – not only within the company, but within me as an individual. The provider knows that, “If I call upon Aetna or Cie, they’re going to fix my issue or at least I know they’re doing something to address it and they’re not just letting it go.” Doing the right thing in my job means doing it right the first time. Therefore, that eliminates hassles in the future so we don’t see issues going forward.
